📋 Description

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Technology leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance • Drive strong financial stewardship to increase profitability; providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance • Collaborate with leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support • Prepare and present monthly financial updates for Technology, including budget vs. actuals and variance analysis • Highlight key drivers of performance and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes • Develop and maintain CAPEX reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Support the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets • Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities under different conditions • Oversee and approve all accounts payable for Technology budget approvals, including creating new approval IDs and ensuring compliance with approval workflows • Assist in preparing quarterly board materials with clear, data-driven insights • Lead the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with financial analysis • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent work experience • Highly analytical, focused on strategic thinking • Consistently provides clear communication • Strong problem solver, not only focused on completing tasks • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines • Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that encourages innovation and adaptability • Boundless curiosity with excitement in taking on new challenges • Understanding of Saas based businesses, preferred • Experience with business partnerships at executive levels, preferred • Familiarity with risk management and opportunity analysis, preferred
