📋 Description

• Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms • Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion • Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance • Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results • Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content • Strong experience creating UGC scripts is required • Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling • Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic • Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC / organic social work required • Paid social experience is a plus, but not essential.
