📋 Description

• Develop intelligent solutions integrating AI models and agents into the data platform • Build chatbots, autonomous assistants or generative AI applications operating on customers' data • Implement conversational agents or decision support systems using LLM APIs • Use frameworks such as Azure OpenAI and libraries like LangChain to orchestrate AI workflows (e.g. retrieval augmented generation) • Integrate AI models into existing data pipelines ensuring up-to-date data at runtime • Apply DevOps practices to automate ML pipelines (continuous integration of model code, continuous delivery in Azure environments) • Monitor performance of AI solutions and perform fine-tuning (prompt adjustment, parameter tuning) for better results • Work independently on AI-supported features and collaborate with project teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in software/data engineering, ideally 1-2 years in projects with machine learning or AI applications • Good programming skills in Python • Experience with cloud AI services (Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI or comparable) • Familiar with databases and ideally vector databases (for semantic searches) • Knows the basics of LLMs/NLP and may have already worked on chatbot or NLP projects • Experience with API integration and microservice architectures • Strong problem-solving ability to find creative approaches to novel AI problems • Independent working style and ability to communicate complex ideas in a team • Language skills: English fluent and technical German confident in spoken and written
