📋 Description

• Design and implement architecture of complex Agentic AI solutions and decide on suitable AI models • Develop AI agents that perform multi-step tasks (researching information, summarizing, triggering actions) using patterns such as retrieval augmented generation, tool use, and multi-agent systems • Ensure scalability and security of AI applications via containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and monitoring • Implement Responsible AI best practices (guardrails, content filters, logging) and follow data protection guidelines • Work with customers to identify AI use cases and translate them into technical concepts • Lead team in error analysis and continuous optimization of AI models and prompt strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in software/data development, including several years in AI/ML projects • Extensive knowledge of machine learning technologies and architecture of AI systems • Experience with Azure AI stacks (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Search) • Experience with open source frameworks (e.g. LangChain, MLflow) • Familiar with MLOps principles (model versioning, automated training/deployment, CI/CD for ML) • Software engineering best practices • Professional programming skills in Python; familiar with NLP and deep learning libraries • Ability to innovate and think strategically • Leadership and mentoring skills in AI • Strong communication skills • Fluent German and very good English skills
