📋 Description

• Bring structure to priorities, communications, scheduling, outstanding tasks, invoice follow-ups, and administrative work • Prepare concise updates, draft responses, and ensure follow-ups are completed • Research potential clients, maintain an organised pipeline, and prepare personalised outreach • Track conversations, opportunities, and next steps • Gradually assume outreach responsibilities; closing deals is not initially required • Convert calls and correspondence into notes, action items, and recommendations • Maintain relationship context across brands, partners, platforms, and agencies • Identify opportunities and suggest ways to strengthen relationships or advance discussions • Use AI tools and agents for research, drafting, analysis, and repeatable workflows • Check AI-assisted output quality and accuracy and organise information centrally • Progressively remove recurring work from the founder’s workload • Organise expertise, transcripts, resources, and content into accessible knowledge libraries • Coordinate book projects, lead magnets, content repurposing, and promotional initiatives • Investigate opportunities and information that could improve the business • Identify patterns in lead sources, sales cycles, conversion, and return on effort • Support operational projects as priorities evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Sharp, curious, and able to absorb new concepts quickly • Genuine interest in building a career around eCommerce, customer retention, and business growth • Ability to manage multiple moving parts, maintain reliable information, notice details, and complete work without repeated reminders • Proactive ownership, sound judgement, and increasing ability to make decisions independently • Willingness to make AI a core part of daily execution and learn to work with agents and automation • Ability to critically assess AI outputs • Ability to prepare useful summaries, thoughtful outreach, and appropriate responses • Understanding of the context and commercial significance of different relationships • Discreet, dependable, and interested in becoming a trusted partner over several years • Comfortable with hands-on administrative work and evolving strategic responsibilities
