📋 Description
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project • Gather and organize all required assets before project kickoff • Translate client needs into clear and actionable design briefs • Manage project timelines and keep deliverables on track • Coordinate work between in-house designers and external partners • Work alongside finance on quotes, approvals, and scope changes • Maintain project tracking for status, ownership, and profitability • Manage revision rounds and client feedback efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• ✔ 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within creative agencies, design studios, or similar environments • ✔ Strong understanding of branding and packaging deliverables • ✔ Excellent organizational and project management skills • ✔ Ability to manage expectations and enforce process professionally • ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills • ➕ Packaging industry experience • ➕ Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop deliverables • ➕ Experience in agency production or traffic management
