📋 Description

• - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow website traffic and brand visibility • - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns • - Analyze YouTube performance data including CTR, audience retention, watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth • - Identify opportunities to improve YouTube content performance and audience growth • - Monitor and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions • - Understand how paid traffic and organic content strategies work together • - Contribute strategically to long-term audience growth and community building • - Research competitors, audience behavior, and digital trends • - Work closely with content and creative teams to improve overall platform performance

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing • - Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns • - Experience analyzing YouTube channel analytics and performance data • - Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and audience retention optimization • - Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content optimization strategies • - Understanding of website traffic growth, funnels, and audience engagement • - Strong analytical and reporting skills • - Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights • - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • - Excellent communication and organizational skills • - Strong attention to detail and consistency
