🎯 Requirements
• Background in e-commerce operations, with experience in platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. • Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs and oversee fulfillment processes to ensure seamless operations. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting e-commerce backend systems and resolving technical or operational issues. • A proactive mindset: someone who actively identifies potential problems and resolves them before they escalate. • A commitment to the mission—this role requires dedication beyond a typical clock-in, clock-out mindset.
