• - Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across Native ads platforms to maximize revenue and reach growth targets. • - Manage high-scale budgets and large-scale paid customer acquisition campaigns. • - Analyze large sets of data to drive business insights and action items. • - Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaign activity, including ad copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting. • - Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns. • - Proactively optimize purchased media through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and targeting. • - Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
• - 4+ years of experience with performance marketing campaigns on Native ad platforms Taboola/Outbrain/Revcontent, etc. • - Experience with an e-commerce/online retail company or other B2C related performance marketing activities • - Excellent analytical skills, experience working with large sets of data and numbers. • - Expertise in Google Web and conversion tracking setup, and understanding how attribution impacts campaign performance • - Experience managing large budgets of at least $200,000/month. • - Creative mind with the ability to understand and guide the design team on creative trends and data, as well as experience writing and ideating landing pages • - A self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and close attention to detail.
