• Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration petitions and applications. • Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for immigration cases. • Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing cases. • Engage with clients and government agencies to gather necessary information and provide updates on case statuses. • Draft legal documents, including forms, letters, and written submissions. • Ensure all filings are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines. • Uphold confidentiality and maintain sensitive client information. • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a related field within a law firm environment. • Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration law and processes. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently. • Proficient in legal research, case management, and document preparation. • Experience working with immigration software and case management systems. • A high degree of professionalism and ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Commitment to providing excellent client service.
