📋 Description

• - Source and curate lists of creators and influencers who align with brand aesthetics and audience target. • - Use tools such as Upfluence, EUKA, and Influencer Hero to identify and manage creator outreach campaigns. • - Execute outreach campaigns using automated tools and personalized follow-ups. • - Coordinate the sending of product samples and ensure timely delivery. • - Track all communication, deliveries, and content deadlines within internal systems. • - Manage the receipt and organization of influencer content, ensuring it meets the brief requirements. • - Follow up with creators to confirm deliverables are received and posted. • - Facilitate whitelisting and branded content access with creators and agencies. • - Maintain accurate campaign reporting, status updates, and creator performance data. • - Collaborate with the influencer program manager for approvals, support, and strategic alignment. • - Follow detailed SOPs to ensure a consistent and efficient outreach process across brands.

🎯 Requirements

• - 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or creator outreach within e-commerce or digital marketing. • - Proficient with outreach and CRM platforms such as Upfluence, EUKA, or Influencer Hero. • - Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of influencer relationships simultaneously. • - Strong understanding of creator collaborations, gifting programs, and paid partnerships. • - Experience coordinating product seeding and tracking content deliveries. • - Familiarity with whitelisting, branded content, and collab post workflows. • - Highly attentive to detail, organized, and process-driven. • - Strong written communication skills for creator correspondence and follow-ups. • - Comfortable working across multiple brands and managing simultaneous outreach pipelines.
