📋 Description

• Qualifying capital, not chasing leads • Controlling conversations with composure and authority • Filtering serious investors from noise • Positioning executive calls as valuable, not available • Ensuring every scheduled meeting has intent, context, and potential capital behind it • Conduct outbound calls to warm, pre-engaged investors • Qualify prospects based on: • ○ Investment capacity ($100K–$1M+) • ○ Timeline and intent • ○ Sophistication and readiness • Pre-frame and position meetings with senior executives to increase close rates • Set high-quality, high-conversion appointments—not volume for the sake of activity • Maintain structured call notes and qualification data inside CRM • Follow strategic call frameworks while maintaining a natural, controlled tone • Work directly with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification standards • Protect executive time by ensuring only qualified, aligned prospects are scheduled
