• Building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns (CBO/ABO structures, audiences, placements, creative testing). • Supporting and growing into independent buying on AppLovin / Axon. • Monitoring daily performance and flagging scaling opportunities, underperformers, and anomalies. • Running structured creative and audience tests, and documenting the results. • Pulling, organizing, and interpreting performance data to inform decisions, and producing clear weekly client reports. • Analyzing creative performance using soft metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC), benchmarking against account averages, and clearly communicating those reads to strategists and clients. • Helping maintain clean account hygiene, naming conventions, and tracking.
• 0–2 years of hands-on paid media experience (internships, freelance, or running your own / your brand's ads all count). • Clear written communication in English. • Genuine fluency with Meta Ads Manager — you've built campaigns, not just read about them. • Strong numerical sense; comfortable living in spreadsheets and dashboards. • A direct-response mindset: you care about CPA, ROAS, and contribution margin, not vanity metrics. • Familiarity with DTC e-commerce, Shopify, and the fashion/beauty/lifestyle space. • Working knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (pixels, CAPI, ClickFlare, GA4, etc.). • Comfortable staying responsive when accounts demand it, including the occasional evening or weekend during launches or scaling pushes. • Availability during key EST windows to analyze performance and take action (scale, kill, pull back, etc.). • Nice to have • Experience with AdManage (strongly preferred). • Hands-on time with AppLovin / Axon or other programmatic / native platforms. • Basic understanding of creative.
