• Oversee and optimize ordering, fulfillment, vendor relationships, and customer support operations. • Implement scalable systems, dashboards, and SOPs for real-time visibility, efficiency, and growth • Implement new communication protocols e.g. Slack, other tools across the company • Manage cost efficiency across gross margins, landed costs, fulfillment expenses, and vendor terms. • Drive performance tracking and reporting through data-driven metrics and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, ERP). • Collaborate closely with marketing and product team to ensure new product rollouts and launch timeline • Ensure high levels of communication and accountability with vendors and 3PLs • Maintain flexibility and urgency in responding to critical operational issues, including outside regular hours when necessary. • Oversee offshore expansion agency Passport Global as we begin to sell products in new geographies
• 5–10+ years in operations specifically in DTC/e-commerce brands in the $10M–$50M revenue range. • Proven track record of building scalable systems (dashboards, SOPs, reporting) – not just maintaining corporate processes. • Strong financial acumen: margins, landed costs, forecasting, and cost optimization. • Builder mindset: you roll up your sleeves, fix what’s broken, then scale it. • Comfort with chaos and urgency – making fast decisions, firefighting, and then creating structure. • Experience working with lean teams in start-up or scale-up environments. • Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Amazon, Notion, Slack, n8n, AI tools, and reporting dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio/ERP).
