• Oversee and manage a-to-z Amazon vendor and seller accounts, independently, providing strategic insights and client communication. • Keep a close eye on account health metrics, promptly addressing issues, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any account-related challenges that may arise. • Effectively manage cases and troubleshoot any account-related issues that may arise. • Create and optimise product listings on Amazon/Walmart, focusing on general information, copy, and content, including images and videos. • Develop appropriate variation groupings and troubleshoot on Amazon/Walmart to ensure seamless operations. • Analyse sales data, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, optimising product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management. • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate proficiency in frequently used Excel formulas. • Stay updated on Amazon's/Walmart's policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximise performance. • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements within the Amazon account management workflow.
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably across multiple marketplaces. • Strong understanding of FBA method. • Experience in product listing optimization, using tools like Helium10 or similar. • Solid knowledge of Amazon’s policies and procedures, including Brand Registry and account health. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to collaborate with PPC/SEO specialists, creative teams, and external stakeholders to achieve goals. • English C1 level. • Proven experience with growth strategies for Amazon Accounts. • Have end-to-end P&L responsibility for a $5 million per year Seller Central or Vendor Central account! Importantly, this $5 million should have been generated in a single locale.
