📋 Description

• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement reliable fixes • Build and maintain automation, alerting, and observability systems to reduce manual work • Manage data integrity across CRM, customer portal, product analytics, payments, and support tools • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, synchronization issues, and integration failures • Develop and maintain automated QA and testing workflows • Build dashboards and reporting that enable non-technical teams to self-serve key information • Use AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and testing frameworks to maintain reliable technical infrastructure • Identify recurring technical problems and automate or improve processes to prevent them • Use AI tools as part of daily technical workflows while validating their outputs and decisions • Communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in at least two of the following: SRE/DevOps or Technical Support • Working knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Datadog or comparable monitoring/observability tools • Experience with Cypress or another automated testing framework • Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python • Strong ability to write and troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries; MongoDB is a plus • Experience maintaining data quality and synchronization across CRM, payments, support, or other business systems • Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills • Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate technical problem-solving and development • Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous technical problems with minimal supervision
