📋 Description

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns. • Create talking-head style videos with exceptional production quality (on par with Humphrey Yang–level content). • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive or news-related content. • Maintain high-performance equipment and reliable high-speed internet to support 4K video workflows. • Commit to full-time availability. • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. • Incorporate client and internal feedback to refine and elevate video deliverables. • Ensure all video content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency standards. • Stay current with video editing trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly in an agency or similar setting. • Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. • A creative portfolio that showcases previous work and highlights narrative skills. • Excellent understanding of different video formats and optimization for various platforms. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration. • Availability to work UK hours remotely. • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and incorporate feedback promptly.
