📋 Description

• You independently identify strategic market and growth opportunities and build a high-quality B2B pipeline. • You are responsible for complex sales cycles, from approaching new clients and conducting negotiations to closing contracts. • You build long-term, resilient partnerships and act as the primary contact for your clients throughout the entire sales cycle. • You support complex sales projects such as RFPs/tenders and actively contribute to process optimization. • You work closely with internal stakeholders (Integration, Legal) and proactively incorporate your feedback and that of your clients into the further development of our offering. • You represent PAIR Finance at trade shows and relevant industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B business development or SaaS sales, ideally in FinTech, LegalTech, or a similarly fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of closing complex deals with longer sales cycles. • A strong network in industries relevant to us (financial services, e-commerce, insurance, telecommunications). • A pronounced consultative-sales approach and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into solutions. • Solid technical understanding to convincingly present our AI-based solution and win new clients. • Fluent German and very good business-level English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
