📋 Description
• Lead ALP Supply Co.’s global expansion, identifying priority markets and establishing partnerships. • Develop and implement international sales strategy, prioritizing markets for entry. • Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate growth and secure distribution. • Manage compliance submissions, labeling updates, formulation adjustments, and testing for new markets. • Negotiate and establish distribution partnerships. • Provide structured monthly updates and performance reports to CRO/CEO. • Track sales metrics and ensure performance targets are achieved. • Represent ALP at international trade shows and industry events.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven international sales experience in nicotine, tobacco alternatives, or CPG. • Established network of industry contacts, particularly in Europe, South America and emerging markets. • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks for nicotine products. • Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Fluency in English required; bilingual candidates are advantageous.
