📋 Description
• Solve complex distributed systems problems at the largest scales in the world • Scale our infrastructure and architecture to meet the needs of the platform and its engineers • Use Go to build highly scalable and reliable distributed systems • Build on top of our architecture stack using Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS • Operate large-scale distributed systems globally • Own projects from inception to delivery, including planning, requirements gathering, and collaboration with Product • Mentor and up-level peers, helping junior engineers grow
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in infrastructure or production-focused engineering roles • Ability to own projects from inception to delivery • Experience building high-scale systems and sophisticated application services • A passion for growing and mentoring peers • Experience with Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust • Experience operating Kubernetes clusters • Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale on cloud providers like GCP and AWS • Experience with monitoring and alerting • Thorough experience with Linux
