📋 Description
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop competitive positioning • Lead on-site workshops and technical design sessions • Proactively identify and resolve deployment challenges • Deliver high-touch post-sales engagement to drive product adoption • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and SME for customers • Develop and deliver advanced technical training for Systems Engineers and field teams • Act as the voice of the customer during product testing • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military/work experience • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security • Comprehensive understanding of passive IoT security solutions • Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills • Hands-on expertise with NAC and NGFW solutions • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field • Extensive experience with passive network data collection solutions • Proficiency in IoT/OT/IIoT/IoMT communication protocols • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent)
