📋 Description

• Lead a team of experienced sellers and formulate/execute strategy to maximize business growth • Support team by participating in and leading customer meetings and building C-suite relationships • Analyze weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities; coach direct reports on closure strategies • Engage in territory planning and development; drive revenue by assisting team in closing deals • Cultivate high-performance sales culture; mentor and develop team for sustained success • Possess strong technical knowledge of portfolio and take holistic approach to customer problems • Drive and oversee team selling opportunities and hold team accountable for challenging goals • Recruit, hire, and train to develop a winning team while upholding core values

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams • Expertise in SaaS-based architectures and cloud technology (ideally networking or security) • Expertise in the German public sector, particularly federal government • Ideally 2+ years experience managing a high-performing DQC Team • Significant experience with both indirect and direct sales strategies • Consistent track record of year-over-year success managing sales pipelines and exceeding targets • Highly motivated, execution-focused, entrepreneurial spirit with sense of urgency • Strong influencing and communication skills internally and externally • Experience developing and executing sales initiatives and building strategic partnerships • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
