• Lead a distributed team of customer-facing consultants and engineers to deliver trusted expertise and drive customer outcomes • Guide team to deliver cutting-edge security solutions and ensure exceptional service quality • Serve as primary liaison for Professional Services to ensure service delivery exceeds customer expectations • Champion a customer-first approach and manage proactive feedback and corrective actions • Partner with Sales to provide strategic input during customer negotiations and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the customer lifecycle • Drive accurate resource planning and staffing to meet project milestones and quarterly business targets • Participate in Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs) and provide updates on key activities, escalations, and issues • Build strong partner relationships focused on aligned goals and shared customer success • Oversee team utilization, revenue forecasting, and approvals for timesheets and expenses • Lead team operations including hiring, career development, mentorship, and training • Contribute to strategic alignment of Professional Services offerings and champion continuous service improvement
• 8+ years experience in professional services/consulting • At least 3 years leading and building high-performing teams of networking and security technologies • Experience with SASE and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies • Demonstrated understanding of internet security concepts, products, and implementation strategies • Demonstrated success in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including pre-sales engagement and SOW creation • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services teams • Clear, persuasive communication and executive presence; ability to influence across all levels • Valued industry certifications like CISSP, PMP, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks certifications) are a plus • Strong project management skills • Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer engagements and internal business meetings • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or comparable professional experience, including military service
