📋 Description

• Provide product support, configuration, and deployment assistance. • Drive security transformation for customers during security incidents. • Analyze technological infrastructure and develop improvement plans. • Work with various customer contacts to communicate findings and recommendations. • Guide customers through implementing standards and best practices. • Proactively identify and communicate project status, risks, and issues. • Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of multiple network and endpoint security technologies and solutions. • Expertise with deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting one or more PANW solutions. • Engineering and design experience within disciplines such as Active Directory, IP networking, and large-scale network infrastructure. • Minimum of ten years experience in information technology with at least three years managing security solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
