• Oversee Technical Selling operations and achieve revenue, individual, team, and organizational quotas • Drive strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives within lines of business • Interact at senior level with customers and partners, providing technical and industry insight • Lead the Technical Solutions team across the region, managing Managers throughout multiple countries • Work with Area Sales VP to develop technical strategy to accelerate pipeline and sales • Identify key verticals, markets, use cases, and solutions and devise regional engagement models • Develop and maintain partner relationships (resellers, distributors, system integrators, alliances) • Foster channel partner relationships with technical leaders and drive partner initiatives • Drive portfolio sales and upsell subscriptions, cloud-delivered services and public cloud security solutions • Plan and architect technical and business-focused solutions driving adoption post-sale • Build and maintain key customer relationships and reference accounts • Provide account support, load balancing, continuity and strategic planning with Sales and Technical Solutions • Partner cross-functionally with GCS, Finance, HR, Product Management, Marketing, and other organizations • Act as skip-level point for complex pre-sales and post-sales technical issues • Recruit, hire, coach and develop Technical Solutions Managers and define training curriculum
• Experience as a Senior pre-sales leader across multiple countries including UK, Nordics, Ireland and Benelux • Demonstrated people leadership skills, including managing managers and leading through change • Experience leading teams across multiple countries and cultural nuances • Experience driving revenue generation, individual, team, and organizational quotas • Experience transforming to a platform sell and enabling teams on solution selling • Industry knowledge of security product market trends and competitor offerings • Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to enterprise customers • Experience with long-term sales planning and growing large deals • Experience selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation technologies • Ability to build high-trust culture and address performance issues • Experience partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Quota-driven attitude and trusted-advisor mindset • Speaking another language relevant to the area is a strong plus
