📋 Description

• Manage a high-performing team of SASE Professional Services Consultants • Drive the overall professional services business and provide expert oversight • Ensure high-quality delivery of SASE security solutions • Build strong, trusted relationships with sales and support teams • Collaborate with sales leadership to enable client success • Act as the Professional Services liaison for customer escalations • Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent operational discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading and scaling Professional Services or Customer Success teams • 5+ years of management role overseeing technical consultants, architects, Customer Success Engineers • Proven expertise in managing the full Professional Services lifecycle • Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts and products • Demonstrated experience running a profitable Professional Services or Customer Success business • Experience with Professional Services Automation tools (e.g., Clarizen, Certina, Kantata) • Experience with Sales Management tools (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP and/or PMP highly desirable • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to customer sites.
