• Lead a high-performing team of NGFW/SASE Professional Services Consultants. • Ensure high-quality delivery of NGFW/SASE security solutions. • Drive operational excellence and report on key business metrics. • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and support teams. • Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years leading and scaling Professional Services or Customer Success teams. • 5+ years of experience in a management role overseeing technical consultants. • Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience. • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
