🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience • Radical Ownership: A track record of taking full accountability for project outcomes. • Curious Mindset: Demonstrated history of digging deeper than the surface level. • Navigating Ambiguity: Proven ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Operational Fluency: Experience with standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is helpful. • Collaboration: High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with diverse teams.
