• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across native and display channels; • Own and scale campaigns on Taboola and other native/content discovery platforms; • Lead creative testing initiatives — developing structured frameworks to test hooks, formats, and messaging at scale; • Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement across the funnel; • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and iterate on ad content; • Identify new inventory sources and audience opportunities to expand reach.
• Proven hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns — Taboola experience is a must • Experience with platforms like NewsBreak, Outbrain, Revcontent, or similar native/content discovery sources is a strong plus • Extensive experience with creative testing: A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative performance analysis • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance reporting and optimization • Ability to manage budgets effectively and hit CPA/ROAS targets • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
