• Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients • Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs • Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up • Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection • Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being • Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes
• Active Property & Casualty License • Remote applicants must have prior State Farm experience and be proficient in NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote setting • Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
