📋 Description
• Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT) • Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs • Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience • Foster customer loyalty — encourage customers to join the loyalty program, present new arrivals and spark interest in upcoming launches • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas • Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by embodying the company’s values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform) and maintaining an elegant, professional appearance • Highlight the store’s presentation and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
🎯 Requirements
• Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry • Positive, proactive attitude; enjoy working as part of a high-performing team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues • Experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus • Excellent communication skills; able to engage with customers confidently • Proficiency in English is a plus • Availability on weekends and public holidays preferred
