📋 Description

• Perform on-site SmartMelter® inspections using proprietary PaneraTech equipment. • Conduct comprehensive audits, including digital and traditional endoscopy, thermography, and related inspections. • Install and maintain Polaris sensors at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance. • Adhere to and enforce company Health & Safety protocols at all times. • Maintain a professional presence and communication with clients, representing PaneraTech with integrity and excellence. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. • Provide regular project updates to customers and the internal project team throughout the engagement. • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed according to the project timeline. • Submit accurate and timely monthly expense reports to the Finance team. • Perform routine maintenance of equipment and report technical issues proactively. • Support non-travel periods with desk-based tasks, including data analysis and reporting. • Complete all mandatory training programs, including safety, technical, and professional development modules.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated technical vocational schools (MYO), and/or engineering faculties of reputable universities • Glass/Steel industry experience is preferred • Physically capable of working in high-temperature industrial environments and meeting related physical demands • Reside near an international airport within Turkey • Willingness to travel internationally for extended assignments of up to 3–4 weeks, accounting for up to 75% of total working time • Availability to travel on short notice for urgent projects • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-oriented environments • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Comfortable working in diverse industrial settings with demonstrated problem-solving abilities • Capable of performing fieldwork in varying climates and conditions • Strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements • High adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for in-field problem resolution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Prior experience in international fieldwork is highly desirable • Professional demeanor and the ability to manage client relationships on-site • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle • Flexible to travel abroad (Holding valid EU/US visa is a plus)
