📋 Description

• You provide active support to management in day-to-day operations and act as a point of contact for employees and team leaders • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and assist with team leadership and scheduling • You train new team members and provide staff training on current matters and promotions • You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with policies and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality/hotel management or several years of professional experience • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or experience in a leadership role • A genuine hospitality personality • You are a dynamic professional with charm and charisma who always keeps a cool head
