📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of Oracle SOA Suite-based integration solutions, including SOA, BPEL, OSB, and BPM • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design integration architecture • Develop and implement complex integrations, orchestrations, and workflows using SOA Suite components • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define integration strategies and architecture • Ensure that integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices • Provide recommendations on integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous) and service-oriented designs • Optimize SOA applications for performance, scalability, and reliability • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions • Lead end-to-end SOA implementations, including setup, configuration, deployment, and migration activities • Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Middleware products, including Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and BPM Suite • Work closely with business users, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams to ensure project success • Conduct workshops and technical sessions to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide training • Create and maintain technical documentation for solution design, architecture, and processes • Ensure integration solutions comply with security, regulatory, and organizational standards • Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, providing code reviews and technical advice • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Oracle SOA and related technologies, ensuring the adoption of best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), and BPM • Strong understanding of SOA principles, service orchestration, and web services (SOAP/REST) • Experience in designing and developing enterprise integration solutions in a complex, large-scale environment • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle WebLogic Server • Expertise in XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, and other related technologies • Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL • Knowledge of Oracle API Gateway, Oracle MFT, and Oracle Cloud (OIC) • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI) patterns • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools (Jenkins, Maven, etc.) • Experience with cloud-based integrations, particularly on Oracle Cloud or other iPaaS platforms • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels • Problem-solving mindset, capable of quickly identifying solutions in high-pressure environments • Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
