• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for PLM implementations. • Configure and customize Windchill PLM to align with business processes and requirements. • Provide functional expertise during all phases of Windchill PLM implementation. • Develop and maintain functional specifications, business process documents, and user guides. • Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between business needs and Windchill functionality, providing solutions to bridge gaps. • Train end-users and ensure proper knowledge transfer for successful system adoption. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases and addressing feedback. • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Minimum 5 years of Windchill functional configuration and implementation experience. • Participation in at least 2 full-cycle Windchill PLM implementations. • Strong understanding of PLM business processes, including engineering and change management. • Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements. • Proficiency in creating functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials. • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and end-users. • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering functional solutions.
