⢠Manage activities related to support for Data Modeling and process tools such as ER/Studio and ARIS ⢠Deploy technical updates and perform installations for systems and end users ⢠Perform testing and troubleshooting ⢠Improve application performance ⢠Contact vendors to resolve system or user issues ⢠Provide technical background and training ⢠Update support and security documentation ⢠Learn and participate in training on data management technologies ⢠Provide support by applying iterative agile principles

⢠Proficiency in SQL ⢠Windows servers ⢠Cloud administration (Azure and AWS) ⢠Infrastructure ⢠Firewalls ⢠Security ⢠Nice to have but not required: SAP, MDM, data and process modeling, APIs, PowerShell, automation, Python programming, Snowflake
