• Support clinical review activities • Assists with reviewing medical records • Interpreting clinical documentation • Maintaining workflow accuracy • Ensuring excellent customer service internally and/or externally • Generates required program reports or documentation accurately and on time • Actively participates in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation • Uses subject matter expertise in everyday tasks to meet the team’s objectives • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement • Assists in the planning and/or execution of special projects • Ensures the protection of sensitive information • Resolves technical and subject matter issues • Collaborating with others to identify and resolve issues or process improvements • Acts as a liaison within the group and throughout the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery • Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Bilingual in English and French • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience • 3 plus years of experience working in specialized area related to this role • Demonstrates outstanding internal and external client service skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective problem-solving ability • Able to adapt to the constantly changing environment • Accustomed to successfully meeting critical deadlines • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
