📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and integration of LTE Advanced features and protocol stack optimizations for Open RAN vBBU. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software access stack team. • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: • FQG and RQG QA teams for feature verification, test case planning, and execution. • PHY and Platform teams for seamless integration and performance tuning. • PLM and System Architecture Group for aligning product requirements and architectural decisions. • Review and contribute to design documents and requirements specifications. • Write and maintain technical documentation, including algorithms and system behavior. • Support customer deployments and provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution. • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in telecom software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. • Deep understanding of LTE/LTE-A protocol stack and Open RAN architecture. • Experience with virtualization technologies and VRAN deployment models. • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and agile development environments. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
