📋 Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SAP Finance functional knowledge • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams • Liaise between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and technology teams • Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation • Participate in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions • Support test scenario development, execution, and user acceptance testing • Assist with issue identification, analysis, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain project and requirements documentation • Communicate project updates, requirements, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI) • Strong understanding of finance-related business processes and their support within SAP • Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills • Experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments • Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams • Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Accounting, financial reporting, and SAP Finance integrations • Experience with business analysis, requirements documentation, functional analysis, business process analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, UAT/testing support, and cross-functional collaboration • Must provide meaningful overlap with Canadian working hours and be available until at least 3:00 PM EST regularly • Immediate joiners sought
