📋 Description

• Strengthen shared understanding between Product, stakeholders, and engineering teams • Translate business objectives, intent, and outcomes into clear, feasible, and testable requirements • Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and the Team Leader throughout discovery, refinement, and delivery • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and discovery sessions • Surface assumptions, contradictions, edge cases, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts • Model functional flows, states, business processes, and interactions • Help articulate acceptance criteria and behavioural expectations with developers and QA • Document requirements, flows, and context • Maintain traceability between objectives, requirements, stories, and validation criteria • Support refinement activities, backlog structure, requirement clarity, and development readiness • Explain requirement changes and their potential impact • Support technical discussions concerning constraints, dependencies, and feasibility • Facilitate alignment between Product, Architecture, QA, and Development • Explore opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence for product capabilities and internal processes • Evaluate AI-enabled approaches with architects and developers • Use AI tools for analysis, documentation, and knowledge exploration • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices, requirement clarity, and backlog hygiene • Reduce ambiguity and prevent rework while enabling team autonomy • Do not define product objectives, priorities, or roadmaps; decide features; approve architecture; manage delivery timelines or team capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories • Advanced analytical thinking and problem framing, with the ability to structure ambiguity and guide teams toward effective solutions • Excellent stakeholder communication, driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and non-technical stakeholders • Solid experience working within Agile environments, actively contributing to refinement, planning, and delivery • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, understanding technical constraints and enabling better solution design • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect business context with technical execution • Experience in process modelling and documentation • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and reducing ambiguity in fast-paced environments • English proficiency: Upper intermediate • Experience with architectural reviews or technical feasibility assessments • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, and experience applying AI-assisted tools in analysis or workflows • Exposure to data analysis or data-driven decision making • Experience working in complex, distributed systems or product-based companies • Must reside in the Americas, preferably South and Central America
