📋 Description

• Lead the Ad Pod, driving the technical roadmap for Pluto-specific ML use cases • Architect retrieval and ranking systems to recommend linear channels to users in real-time • Develop models that optimize channel scheduling and inform creation of algorithmic channels • Design loss functions and reward systems that weigh user commitment against business health • Lead vision for personalizing Electronic Programming Guide

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering • significant focus on Ad-Tech, Auction Dynamics, or Recommender Systems • Deep mastery of Multi-Objective Optimization and constrained optimization • Proven experience building and deploying ML models in high-throughput environments • Skilled in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and BigQuery • Demonstrated ability to own a major technical domain and drive strategy
