📋 Description

• Head up and lead the finance team, providing strategic support to the CFO and senior management. • Ensure financial integrity, internal controls, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. • Develop and evolve the Company's financial reporting processes and business systems. • Produce and interpret management accounts and report budget variances. • Support MD and company in budgetary planning, forecasting, and financial planning. • Generate and maintain group cash flow, budgeting requirements, and ensure year-end audit is performed properly. • Provide business partnering, decision support and drive analysis of key management information. • Training and mentoring of finance team members.

🎯 Requirements

• An accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA or CIMA. • 10 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role (Financial Manager or FD). • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases. • Experience working with financial forecasting software a strong advantage. • Previous experience in a fast high growth company advantageous.
