📋 Description

• Take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications. • Set best practices and mentor junior engineers. • Work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences. • Design scalable front-end architectures, build reusable component libraries, implement advanced state management, and optimise performance for millions of users.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. • Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimisation). • Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles. • Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility. • Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end. • Experience with Mantine UI library (optional). • Experience with Zustand for state management (optional). • Familiarity with React Query and Axios (optional). • 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 3 years focused on React in large-scale applications. • Track record of building and deploying production-grade React applications. • Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
