📋 Description

• Partner closely with Product Owners and UI/UX Designers to define, build, and ship new user-facing features for the ParentSquare platform. • Translate complex designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and accessible code using modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Develop and maintain a robust library of reusable front-end components to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products. • Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate with APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the client and server. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG) standards. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on front-end best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a front-end development role, building and shipping complex web applications. • Strong familiarity around ADA Compliance • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS. • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous data requests. • A strong understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and package managers (e.g., npm, yarn). • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Familiarity with incremental, agile development processes, as well as CI/CD pipelines. • A keen eye for design and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • (Bonus) Familiarity with back-end languages like Ruby, Python, or PHP.
