📋 Description
• Design scalable data structures and AI-ready processes in HubSpot • Own the RevOps AI roadmap and build routing, forecasting hygiene, and risk-detection models • Build a governance framework for ARR mechanics, attribution, market intelligence, and lifecycle stages • Manage GTM Systems Architect and mentor the team
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in RevOps or Technical Ops • Deep experience in architecture, workflows, and datasets in HubSpot • Strong opinions on AI's role in GTM • Technical skillset for integrations, APIs, and multi-system dependencies • Experience in operationalizing AI in GTM platforms
