• Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team quotas are met. • Oversee high-volume pipeline management using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking and organization of all opportunities. • Support team members in delivering engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate our platform’s features, benefits, and value propositions. • Partner with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation tactics, campaigns, and conversion strategies. • Represent ParentSquare in person at conferences and in person meetings as necessary (estimated travel of 20%). • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth client experience before and after the sale. • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a sales team. • Proven success managing high-volume sales cycles in the K–12 market • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales team members to achieve their goals.
