📋 Description

• Analyze, debug, and resolve the most complex tickets and data discrepancies. • Write, review, and execute detailed action plans for major data operations. • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the technical specifications of SISes and third-party systems. • Set up and troubleshoot complex Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. • Support in the prioritization of the team's backlog of ad hoc work and bugs. • Lead and own the delivery of large-scale data integration projects in tools such as Retool. • Drive team growth by consistently mentoring and coaching teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role. • Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying, stored procedures, performance tuning, and deep data analysis. • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby-on-Rails is highly preferred for development and system analysis. • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal). • Experience with version control using Git. • Experience with commonly used AWS services, like S3 and RDS. • Experience with working in the K12 Education environment and hands-on experience with Student Information systems (SISes) is highly desired.
