📋 Description

• At Pareto.AI, we’re on a mission to enable top talent around the world to participate in the development of cutting-edge AI models. • As a researcher at Pareto you will help build the foundation of our research organization from the ground up. • You'll be working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world applications in the future of work domain. • Contribute fundamental ideas and strategic planning for research initiatives across many potential areas such as post-training, training strategies, core ML. • Design and execute rigorous experiments to validate research hypotheses and explore valuable insights for Pareto and our customers. • Write compelling research content for diverse audiences including the general public, AI industry professionals, and academic communities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the rest of the team to run experiments and to transfer solutions into production.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as CS, ML, stats, math, electrical engineering, or physics (potentially areas like computational social sciences etc. depending on focus); advanced degrees strongly preferred • For more senior roles, experience managing research teams will be necessary • Research experience, ideally including impactful publications at top AI/ML venues
