📋 Description

• Set up and maintain site-level TMF/cTMF • Coordinate document collection and upload documents into SharePoint eTMF • Check document completeness and provide TMF/eTMF quality control when required • Coordinate EC submission dossiers, site start-up preparation, and EC fee application and tracking • Process protocol amendments, which may include ICF updates • Collect and update site-level study trackers and metrics reports when needed • Assist with site contract signature processes • Assist with site-level payment initiatives and payment and invoice tracking • Distribute site materials and equipment • Handle document printing, shipment, and other administrative work • Provide business and department office administration support when required • Undertake other reasonably related duties assigned according to level of experience
