📋 Description

• Manage the contract process for specific or varied accounts • Coordinate Operations, Project Management, Legal, Business Development, and Finance to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts • Serve as the primary client contact during negotiation phases • Interface with clients regarding contractual issues throughout project lifecycles • Establish and maintain direct client contact • Create, negotiate, and finalize budgets and contractual documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders, and Change Orders • Develop account-specific contract standards, including budget presentation, payment terms, and standard contract language • Proactively review project and contractual status to ensure compliance with terms and milestones and identify scope changes • Cooperate with Finance on budget changes and provide finance system load-ready budget tools • Process and maintain contractual document information in relevant databases • Customize company templates to meet client requirements • Participate in development and testing of tools and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience • Experience in contract management, proposal development or related field • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or industry experience – must • Knowledge of ICH/GCP in the provision of clinical trials – preferred • Excellent negotiation skills • Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills • Good numeracy skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases) • Fluent in English, oral and written
